Terms and Conditions

1. Services and Scope Trade Hand LLC ("Company") provides computer programming, data processing, and integrated systems design services as outlined in specific Statements of Work (SOW). All project milestones and deliverables will be defined in writing and agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of work.

2. Payment Terms are issued according to the terms schedule defined in the SOW. Payments are due immediately (Net 0). We accept payments via ACH and major credit cards through our secure processing partner. Applicable fees may apply

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Services Rendered: Due to the custom nature of software consulting and systems design, fees for services already rendered and hours logged are non-refundable.

• Project Cancellation: Either party may terminate a project with 30 days' written notice. In the event of cancellation, the Client shall be responsible for all work completed up to the effective date of termination.

• Deposits: Any initial mobilization fees or deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property Upon full and final payment, Trade Hand LLC grants the Client an unlimited access license of the custom deliverables produced specifically for the Client, excluding any pre-existing proprietary tools, libraries, or third-party software used in the development process.

5. Limitation of Liability The Company’s total liability for any claims arising out of the services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project or milestone in question. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
